Lash Love: Friday Favorites

Last week for my Friday favorites post, I had a few people asking about what kind of mascara I used in the photos I had taken for my post. For this reason, I decided to do my Friday favorites post this week about my favorite mascaras!

If you haven’t read the post from last week, you can read it here.

I was lucky enough to be born with long and thick eyelashes. I know, right? I’ve had friends envy my lashes my whole life. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows though, having long lashes also means that they fall out into my eyes all the time. I have wake up in the morning and “harvest” my lashes and pull out at least 3 or 4 or else they will fall out during the day into my eyes and cause the worst mayhem ever known to woman. I’m sure you have experienced this before. Ouch!

Because of how my lashes are naturally, I never really used mascara until recently and it’s mostly just to add that extra oomph. Because, well, who doesn’t like oomph?

I have two favorites when it comes to mascara and occasionally it can be hard to decide which one to use for the day. Every now and then, I’ll even combine the two to get the best of both worlds. Is that a makeup sin?? I don’t know how those things work.

My first favorite is by Physicians Formula. This one is Organic and it’s great for lengthening lashes. I can be sensitive to a large amount of makeup products, especially to ones that go near my eyes. This mascara is great for people with makeup sensitivities and it looks gorgeous. Tt’s also very affordable! Bonus!

My next favorite is by IT Cosmetics. I’ve talked about IT Cosmetics before in my Favorite Lipsticks Post. I love everything about this brand and this mascara is amazing! This is a 5 in 1 mascara so it’s all the glory wrapped in one. It has a volumizing and conditioning lash formula as well as a peptide infused lash serum, a lash curler, and a lash tint. Love love love!

I’d love to know what mascaras are your number one, leave me a comment and let me know!
